It's been almost a decade since Bill Cowher coached his last NFL game, and it plans to stay that way after the former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach says he is not planning to coach in the league in 2014.Cowher tells ESPN's Adam Schefter that he plans to stay out of coaching "for a few more years."
Cowher coached the Steelers for 15 years, leading the team to a Super Bowl title in his last year with the team. He also led the Steelers to another Super Bowl appearance, along with eight division titles and 10 appearances in the postseason.
Since then, the 56-year-old has been a studio analyst on CBS Sports.
