Louisville Cardinals football head coach Charlie Strong reportedly has been offered the Texas Longhorns coaching job, and he is expected to accept the offer from the university, according to ESPN.
Multiple media reports have came out that have said Strong hasn't been offered, Strong is going to accept the offer, Strong will stay at Louisville (whaaaaat!?!?) or that Strong has already been named the Longhorns head coach.
From the looks of it, all signs point to Strong becoming the next head coach of the Longhorns. In fact, not too long ago, we reported that he was the favorite to get the job.
Right now, sources say a staff meeting is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Saturday. We'll see how it goes.
But all-in-all, Texas fans, prepare for Strong to be your new head coach.
