It's not everyday when a big man gets a steal, let alone using that steal to hit a game-winning shot. And it's not any game-winning shot, it's a jumper. That's exactly what Patrick Patterson did on Monday night, dropping the Brooklyn Nets with a game-winning jump shot after getting a steal.
The Toronto Raptors power forward was able to get the huge steal, then passed it away but immediately got the basketball back, faked out Joe Johnson and put up the jumper with seconds remaining.

Toronto won the game, 104-103. Patterson had 15 points.
