Damian Lillard is having quite a performance in the 2014 Rising Stars Challenge. The Portland Trail Blazers star produced another highlight towards the end of the first half when he threw down this sweet fast break dunk. Lillard found Dion Waiters earlier for an alley-oop dunk.
