The NBA Playoffs are approaching, so it's only right that Nike Basketball rolls out the Elite series for the Kobe, LeBron and KD sneakers. The "Hero" series was unveiled today for the LeBron 11, KD 6 and Kobe 9 and it is slated for a May 9, 2014 release date.
This year's sneakers feature bright colors and they are pretty similar to last year with the "Superhero" Elite series. However, I think the series this year and last year are actually disappointing.
Nike should go back to the Black/White/Gold theme from two years ago. Nice, clean and simple. These two recent themes are just too much ... at least for me, of course.
