Last year in February, the Air Jordan XX8 was revealed. After much success with it, Jordan Brand is now set to release the next model, the Air Jordan XX9, or the Air Jordan 29.
Per several sources, the shoe is expected to be revealed on Thursday, April 17, the night before the Jordan Brand Classic game.
Many folks around the sneaker world have already received their invitations to attend the unveiling, so it should be a big one just like it was last year with the Air Jordan 28.
It will be interesting to see what it looks like. Will Jordan Brand take a spin in a different direction or make it look similar like the XX8?
The XX9 is rumored to feature new technology, which has also been seen on the Super.Fly 2 and the Melo M9. The shoe is rumored to release sometime in the fall, per sources.
