It looks like the Air Jordan 11 "Columbia" has now been confirmed to re-release and retro in 2014. However, it won't be the same old "Columbia" nickname that Jordan fans and sneakerheads have been used to when the shoe released in 1996 and retro'd in 2001.
Per Complex, the Columbia 11s will return as the Air Jordan 11 retro "Legend Blue" this year. Expect these to come out in December, like several of the past year's Jordan XI releases.
It's been a colorway many sneakerheads have been asking for to return, and it's finally going to be back after 13 years. Fans who own the 1996 and 2001 pairs can finally retire those and look forward to the Legend Blues releasing this year.
