David West got into foul trouble early during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Indiana Pacers power forward got a foul after Miami Heat star LeBron James did this flop on him Tuesday night:
Guess you can't blame James for doing it if it helps the Heat against Indy's big men. As said before, it did get West in foul trouble.
