The Washington Wizards took a huge step this year as a franchise. Nene and Marcin Gortat provided unquestioned toughness for the Wizards all season, but everyone knows that the backcourt put in major work during the playoffs.
The Wizards have one of the most talented backcourts in the league today, but John Wall took it a step further when he told reporters that he and Bradley Beal are the best backcourt in the league. Wall actually compared Washington’s guard tandem to that of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors when asked to find a better pair.
“No, not in my opinion,” Wall said,

Wall was definitely correct to bypass discussing shooting from the outside, since he only shoots 30.8 percent from the outside.
“I’m the only one not in that shooting category,” Wall said. “Brad is right there with them. Other than that, I don’t think so.”
