Unless the Houston Rockets match the offer within the next 72 hours, small forward Chandler Parsons will become a member of the Dallas Mavericks under a three-year, $45 million deal.
It's not guaranteed that Parsons will be a member of the Mavericks, but he celebrated signing the offer sheet anyways. Parsons was seen hanging out and partying with owner Mark Cuban.

The Rockets hope they can sign Chris Bosh first within the next 72 hours, so then they can go ahead and sign Parsons. We'll see.
