So I'm guessing this the Dallas Mavericks' answer to Vince Carter leaving? According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, Richard Jefferson will be joining the Mavs.
Jefferson will sign a one-year deal with the team.

Jefferson, 34, averaged 10.1 points per game with the Jazz last season. The 13-year veteran is expected to be the replacement for Carter, though he may come off the bench.
We'll see how Jefferson performs in Dallas next season. Interesting signing.
