Atlanta Hawks forward Mike Scott remains a restricted free agent and unsigned. Many are wondering what's the hold up.
Apparently, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, Scott is considering a lucrative three-year offer to play basketball overseas in Russia. The team is CSKA-Moscow.

Scott made a name for himself after putting up impressive play for the No. 8 Hawks in the first round of the 2014 NBA Playoffs against the Indiana Pacers. Scott was one of the main factors in the Hawks pushing the Pacers to a seven-game series.
The Hawks offer for Scott is over $1.1 million, so I guess it shows how lucrative the Russia deal might be then if he's considering the overseas deal.
Atlanta currently has 13 players under contract and they are currently reserving one for Scott. It's all up to him on where he wants to go. We'll see.
