LeBron James is back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which all but means that Chris Bosh is likely to leave the Miami Heat as well.
Bosh reportedly has a max offer waiting for him on the Houston Rockets with a four-year, $88 million deal. According to ESPN, the Rockets are expecting a commitment "soon" from the free agent power forward.
With this, Houston will have to clear cap space in order to sign Bosh to a max offer. They will have to get rid of center Omer Asik and point guard Jeremy Lin to clear the necessary cap space.
Houston has teams interested for Lin and Asik, and they have two days to make things work so they can sign Bosh as well as Chandler Parsons, who signed a max offer sheet with the Dallas Mavericks.
Houston now will be in for extremely busy activity for these next few days. We'll see if they can pull it off.
