Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has a cannon of an arm, but he also has some speedy legs, too.
Today in the Raiders' 2014 NFL Week 2 matchup with the Houston Texans, Carr took off for a 41-yard scamper to give the Raiders a first down on a 2nd-and-10 play.
