New York Knicks shooting guard JR Smith admitted recently that learning Phil Jackson and Derek Fisher's triangle offense has been a "struggle," as he's learning to adapt from being shoot-first player to a team-first player.
Smith, however, still believes in the system. Now, though, he's saying he can become "elite" in it.
