Down 24-20 to the Miami Dolphins, the Green Bay Packers quarterback led his team to a last-minute game-winning drive to win, 27-24. It even included a play where Rodgers found Jordy Nelson for a first down with the Packers facing a 4th-and-10.
Rodgers led Green Bay down the field, eventually hooking up with wide receiver Andrew Quarless for the game-winning touchdown pass.
