Robert Griffin III is likely done for the rest of the season unless something drastic happens to Colt McCoy. For the 2012 No. 2 overall NFL Draft pick, this latest benching likely marks the end of his career with the Washington Redskins.
So where will Griffin go next year in 2015? Right now, we'd have to see how Washington plans to move on from the RG3 era. Will they try to cut him or trade him? We'll have to find out in the offseason.
Whatever it is, do not be shocked if Griffin is in a different NFL uniform next season. With that said, I have 10 possible teams that come to mind who are willing to take chance on the 24-year-old.
In no particular order, here are the top 10 teams RG3 could go to.

Oakland Raiders
This could be possible, but the Raiders would need the right head coach for this.
It will only work if the team is willing to move on from rookie quarterback Derek Carr after one season. Carr has been impressive this year with the struggling squad, but could RG3 make it better?
Most likely, the Raiders would probably encourage a QB competition between the two for next season. All in all, though, I don't see this as a fit. More than anything, it will just sell tickets and create drama for the team instead.
Flip the pages to see the other scenarios for RG3...
Dallas Cowboys
Jerry Jones is a big fan of RG3, and it's not surprising after he has had his moments in the past of shredding their defense. Could Jones make the move to snag RG3 and make him the most popular backup quarterback in the league?
Knowing Jones and his love for the flashiness, this makes sense. I mean, this is the same guy who was going to draft Johnny Manziel.
Why not draft RG3, make him back up Romo for a year or two and then let him fire away as the new starting QB.
That RG3-DeMarco Murray tandem looks pretty scary when you think about it...
New York Jets
If Geno Smith and Michael Vick are still with the team by next training camp and Robert Griffin III is there as well, you can just imagine the drama surrounding this whole team. Pair that with Rex Ryan (unless if the Jets fire him, which they probably will), it will be the media's dream.
This is extremely unlikely, but you never know with the New York Jets. All I can imagine is the possible New York Post headlines.
Arizona Cardinals
This is definitely a sleeper team right here for RG3.
Carson Palmer just went down with another devastating knee injury. Could the Cardinals take a chance on Griffin to replace him? First off, we would have to see if Arizona plans to stick with Palmer or not.
If they don't, Griffin could be a good fit in the desert. I could definitely see him tossing passes to the likes of Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown. I think Bruce Arians can definitely utilize the young QB to the best of his abilities.
Like I said, though, it all comes down to what the Cardinals plan to do with Palmer moving forward after this season.
St. Louis Rams
I don't know what would be funnier: Robert Griffin III going to the New York Jets or going to the St. Louis Rams.
The Redskins essentially gave up all of their future draft picks just to even have the chance of drafting RG3 back in 2012. So far, the Rams have won the trade, and they could win even more if they get Griffin. It would be the ultimate middle finger to Washington.
An interesting trade scenario could also play out. I mean, the Redskins are likely going to want a QB like Sam Bradford while the Rams probably wouldn't mind a QB of RG3's caliber. Could they swap quarterbacks?
It's unlikely. Dan Snyder's ego is too big for something like this to happen.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Like the Cardinals, this is another strong sleeper team.
It's obvious at this point that Mike Glennon nor Josh McCown are the future for the Buccaneers at quarterback. I could definitely see Lovie Smith lobbying for a guy like RG3 to come to the team.
However, I think it's more likely Tampa Bay tries drafting a quarterback in 2015. At this rate, the Bucs are going to finish with a top 5 pick, good enough to get a guy like Marcus Mariota or Jameis Winston.
But don't sleep on the Bucs. Maybe they're willing to take a chance on Griffin instead. The thought of him tossing footballs to Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson seems like a cool sight.
Tennessee Titans
Unless if Zach Mettenbeger is actually the answer, the Tennessee Titans are going to have to go shopping for a new quarterback in the offseason either through the draft or free agency.
Jake Locker was solid, but he's too injury prone. However, they could see RG3 in the same sight, which could make this landing spot very unlikely for the Redskins QB.
Unless if the Titans are desperate enough, I expect them to go for a guy like Brian Hoyer or search through the draft instead.
Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills have been doing solid with Kyle Orton as their quarterback, but I'm not sure if they are willing to even take the chance of letting him be their QB of the future. This year is likely just having him as a serviceable QB option more than anything.
With that, the Bills will probably invest into another quarterback in the offseason. Could RG3 be a topic of discussion for them?
They have a nice young team, and it does look like a good fit. Griffin could gel well the team's strong running game and, of course, Sammy Watkins.
This is a sleeper team for sure.
Houston Texans
The Texans are in quarterback purgatory with guys like Ryan Fitzpatrick and company. They thought Ryan Mallett would work out, but he's now out for the season.
I could definitely see Griffin returning to his home state and playing for Houston. Texans head coach Bill O'Brien is great working with QBs, and he could definitely utilize a guy like RG3.
It's a solid fit and it seems like a probable one that could happen in the future.
Philadelphia Eagles
I don't think anyone has made QBs look good as Chip Kelly has.
He made Michael Vick look pretty good last season until the injuries came. Nick Foles looked like a god last year when throwing for 27 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Mark Sanchez is looking like the top draft pick that he was when the New York Jets selected him.
Why not take a chance on Griffin? Comparing him to those three QBs, Griffin definitely has the higher ceiling than all of them. With how Kelly runs his offense, RG3 makes the perfect fit.
I could definitely see Kelly gunning for Griffin in the offseason. It's a perfect match.
