To no one's surprise, Oregon Ducks star quarterback Marcus Mariota took home with the 80th annual Heisman Trophy.
Mariota, of course, had to do a speech, and boy was it emotional. Watch Mariota thank his parents in his speech, while also tearing up:

Mariota had a spectacular season this year with the Ducks, leading them to the first annual College Football Playoff. In addition, he threw for 38 touchdowns to only a staggering low two interceptions on the year.
Mariota and his Ducks will face last year's Heisman Trophy winner, Jameis Winston, and the Florida State Seminoles in the Rose Bowl on January 1st.
