The Nike Kobe 10 was unveiled by Nike Basketball and Kobe Bryant today, and it looks we'll be seeing its first colorway release on February 7th.
Initially dubbed as the "Blue Lagoons," Nike is officially calling this Kobe 10 colorway the "5 AM Flight." Why are they calling it that?
The lead colorway, 5 AM Flight, takes inspiration from Bryant’s 40-foot, early morning leap from a diving platform in August 2013 as he recovered from his ACL surgery. The dive is symbolic of Bryant’s perseverance to overcome the odds and face fear head-on.
Look for these to come out next Saturday at 10 a.m. ET at select online retailers. The price tag on these will be $180. They will be available in full family sizing with matching apparel.
