It's been since last summer that the Nike KD 7s were launched, but the run will be coming to a close in about four months once the NBA season is over, and we look towards the KD 8s.
Nike always does a "What The" model of a shoe to make it the final colorway for the model, and it looks like this will be the dagger for the KD 7s come June 2015.
According to @baltsneakershow, the "What The" colorway of the KD 7 will release on June 20th, 2015. It will be under "SE," indicating it's a special-edition version of the shoe.
Who knows what's going to be on it. It's likely going to be crazy, though.
