Now getting one for the thumb, where does this escalate Coach K's legacy among the college basketball coaching greats? He's been involved in the discussion as the greatest, but arguments can be made for John Wooden or Dean Smith.
Coach K does have over 1,000 wins, the most for any college basketball head coach. Does that help in his resume? Five titles is nothing to scoff at, but Wooden has 10 of them.
