LeBron James' latest performances throughout this year's NBA Playoffs has him chasing Michael Jordan in the record books. James has tied and surpassed Jordan in some categories such as buzzer-beaters, game-winners and most 30-point, 5-rebounds and 5-assist games.
However, James' career isn't over yet, so we can't assess whether he truly was better than MJ until his playing days over.
In the meantime, most people think MJ is the better player. Understandable. But this next stat is just crazy. 34 percent think a 52-year-old Jordan can beat the current 30-year-old LeBron. Only 54 percent favor the King.
There's no such division when it comes to who NBA fans think is the best player of all time. 77% pick Michael Jordan on that question to only 14% who think it's LeBron James. In fact despite his being 52 years old, 34% of NBA fans think Jordan could beat James one on one now- as in the year 2015- to just 54% who think James would win despite being in the prime of his career.
While I don't agree that 2015 MJ can beat this year's LeBron, I do think current MJ can best a lot of dudes out there. The man can still dunk at this age for crying out loud!
