Miami Heat fans who think Dwyane Wade might be leaving, don't expect him too.
Wade will be opting out of his contract to test the NBA free agency market, but I don't think he'll find anything better than what he has currently in South Beach.
According to ESPN's Chris Broussard, league executives believe there's not really a market for the aging D-Wade.
League execs telling me there is not a robust market for DWade because of his age (33) and injury problems.
Teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks have come to mind involving Wade's name, but none of them makes sense. Wade won't be able to have the best of both worlds when it comes to money and winning.
If he goes to Cleveland, he'll have to take a lot less. With the Lakers or Knicks, there's no guarantee of what this team could end up like in the future. For Miami, there's at least a mix of both.
No one knows what will happen in free agency since it's no unpredictable, but I would be a bit surprised if Wade ends up leaving the franchise he won three titles with.
