A controversial play happened towards the end of Game 3 of the NBA Finals, in which LeBron James got a steal off Stephen Curry. However, it looked like he slide tackled the Warriors point guard.
The NBA has released its official report about the matter, stating James' slide tackle was the correct non-call. It was not a foul.
"James (CLE) cleanly strips the ball from Curry (GSW) before contact is made. The contact made after the strip is incidental to the players' attempt to retrieve the ball," the report states.
