Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Orlando Magic are finalizing a deal to acquire Shabazz Napier from the Miami Heat.

Napier struggled to find a role as a rookie in Miami, averaging 19.8 minutes last season with 5.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per contest.
With Goran Dragic signed to a max deal, the Heat were set on moving Napier or Chalmers.
