Owens was a guest on the Rich Eisen podcast, and talked about the time he grew tired of a ESPN analyst ripping him, so he confronted him.
“I didn’t really like what he had to say and I confronted him,” Owens told Eisen. “I rolled up on him and he had some wine in his hand…and it spilled out of his glass. I approached the person and told him that I didn’t appreciate what he had to say and that the information he was putting out there was inaccurate.”
Owens says he didn’t threaten the guy, but Mr. Analyst was put on notice. Owens didn’t disclose who got the threat.
