This has to be considered one of the worst off seasons in San Francisco 49ers history.
Here are the details of the indictment:
Santa Clara County Grand Jury has indicted former San Francisco 49ers player Ray McDonald on one count of raping an intoxicated woman following a party at his house in December. The panel also handed down an indictment against 49er Ahmad Brooks for one count of misdemeanor sexual battery against the same woman at the same party nine months ago.
McDonald is facing eight years in jail and Brooks six months in jail.
