A Massachusetts judge has ruled that the $1.3 million home and 2005 Hummer owned by former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez can be sold as part of a lawsuit filed over the death Odin Lloyd, per Fox Sports.
Judge Richard Moses on Thursday authorized the sale of Hernandez’s SUV and 7,100-square-foot home in North Attleborough.
The judge will reportedly enter an order later specifying where those proceeds go.
Hernandez was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in April for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.
Lloyd’s mother, Ursula Ward, filed the wrongful death lawsuit.
