I think this is the best decision Rex Ryan has made in a couple of seasons. With a stout defense, stud wide receivers and a monster running game, the Bills simply need a competent quarterback.
They have named Tyrod Taylor as their starting quarterback, per Fox Sports' Jay Glazer:
