Brittney Griner is trying to get a divorce from her wife Glory Johnson. They were married for less than a month before Griner ended the relationship.
Johnson is pregnant with twins girls and says that Griner is the father legally. She wants Griner to pay both child and spousal support.
Griner says she didn’t have anything to do with the pregnancy and doesn’t want to pay anything. According to TMZ, Griner has won the right to kick Johnson out of the house.
TMZ Sports has obtained new court docs filed in the case of the divorcing WNBA stars — this time, the judge has awarded Griner temporary exclusive use of the home while the couple works to finalize their split.
According to the docs, Johnson must be out effective immediately — and has to schedule a date with Griner to go back to the home so she can pick up her personal belongings, including clothing, toiletries and luggage.
But there’s a huge catch … Glory must be accompanied by a police officer, to make sure there’s no funny business when she gets to the home. Also, she only gets 20 minutes to get her stuff and leave.
Griner has moved on with a new woman in her life and Johnson appears to be going back to dating men.
