During his press conference to explain the final cuts for the Eagles 53-man roster, Chip Kelly said that Tim Tebow wasn’t good enough and needed to get more reps.
Kelly advised Tebow to take his talents to Canada:

Tebow had seemingly won the No. 3 quarterback job when Philadelphia traded Matt Barkley to Arizona on Friday.
The Toronto Argonauts still own Tebow’s CFL rights, and it could provide him with all the reps he needs, in an open and faster game.
