The backup quarterback job in Washington D.C. is a mystery no more.
Tom Pelissero reports that Colt McCoy will be listed as the Redskins’ No. 2 quarterback on Sunday versus the Miami Dolphins behind starter Kirk Cousins, per a team source.
Colt McCoy will be #Redskins No. 2 QB tomorrow. No surprise. RG3 wasn't expected to play Week 1. Missed lot of reps. Just cleared Friday.

RG3 was cleared from a concussion on Friday, but coach Jay Gruden declined to name the backup on Friday. The Redskins could still choose to release him at some point.
