Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry triumphantly returned to Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night for his first regular-season home game since overcoming Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Berry, 26, a three-time Pro Bowl selection and 2013 first-team All-Pro, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Berry completed his treatments in late May and was cleared to return to practice in late July.
Berry was the last Chiefs player to come out of the tunnel for introductions before Thursday night’s game against the Broncos.
