Former NFL wide receiver Donte Stallworth took to Twitter recently to share an interesting stat on just how long the odds are for a prospective athlete dreaming about making it to the NFL.
During my playing days, coaches and advisers would always tell me to focus on getting my education, because statistically I had a better shot of winning the lottery or getting struck by lightning.

The low percentage makes it imperative for all college football players to focus on their education while they’re in school and it’s free.
