Blake Griffin is one of the top conditioned players in the NBA, but the Oklahoma native took it to another level this summer.
On Monday, the first installment of Griffin’s new web series, “The Crossover,” was released, featuring the Clippers star competing in non-basketball-related sports. In the debut episode, the 26-year-old All-Star is introduced to handball by New York City legend, Timbo Gonzalez.
To makes things even harder, Griffin and Gonzalez wore vests fastened to the court’s fence with resistance bands for a more intense workout.
