It’s kind of easy to part ways with your employer, when you have another gig lined up. Don Mattingly will reportedly be named the new manager of the Miami Marlins, according to Molly Knight of Vice Sports.

Mattingly interviewed with the Marlins on Monday after parting ways with the Los Angeles Dodgers last week after five years as the team’s manager. Knight is reporting a four-year deal for Mattingly as well.
