Klay Thompson is a member of the "Splash Brothers," and even more important is that he has ring protection now so he can say whatever he wants.
The Warriors shooting guard just unloaded on Doc Rivers and the Clippers over last seasons Western Conference playoffs.
According to Doc Rivers and other pundits, the Warriors got lucky by avoiding the Clippers. Thompson says otherwise, referring to the numerous times that Golden State “smacked” the Clippers last season:
Klay Thompson: "If we got lucky, look at our record against them last year. I'm pretty sure we smacked them."

Klay Thompson: "Didn't they lose to the Rockets? Exactly. So haha. That just makes me laugh. That's funny. Weren't they up 3-1 too?"

Klay Thompson laughs at Doc Rivers comments and asks rhetorically didn't the Clippers lose to the Rockets?

Klay Thompson: "Yeah, tell them I said that. That's funny. That's funny."

Thompson made it clear, while chewing and spitting sunflower seeds, that he wanted the Clippers also:
Klay: "I wanted to play the Clippers last year, but they couldn't handle their business"

Klay Thompson said all this while chewing on sunflower seeds.

The Warriors will host the Clippers for the first time on November 4th, when they will also be handing out replica championship rings to fans that night.
