This was definitely a first for me!
DeMarcus Cousins is the only guy who in the league who can have a monster outing (55 points and 13 rebounds) surrounded by the controversy of getting ejected and then un-ejected in a weirdly officiated game.
This came hours after he was fined for berating a Sacramento Bee reporter. After dropping point 54 to put the Kings up 121-119 plus the foul, Boogie celebrated his and-one with his mouthpiece falling out near Portland’s bench.
One referee called a technical foul, which was Cousins' second of the game, resulting in an automatic ejection. After a review of the play, Cousins’s ejection was rescinded, and he returned to the game.
The Kings went on to win, and then things got weirder.PEAK BOOGIE: DeMarcus Cousins scores 54th point, spits mouthguard, gets ejected, sprints to locker room, gets un-ejected! (full sequence) pic.twitter.com/kNQ7TRQCOs— Ben Golliver (@BenGolliver) December 21, 2016
