Jalen Ramsey is a rookie, but he is not afraid to speak his mind.
The Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback ripped the officiating crew in Sunday’s 21-20 loss to the Houston Texans, specifically line judge David Shaw.
“Specifically I want to call out, I don’t know his name, I don’t really care for it, field judge No. 104. By far the worst official in the NFL. He needs to be fired 100 percent, terrible, terrible, terrible.”Ramsey was called for pass interference on Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins on a key third down in the fourth quarter. Four plays later, teammate Johnathan Cyprien earned another pass interference flag that put Houston at the 1-yard line.
Ramsey hilariously insinuated the line judge was kin to Houston’s top receiver.
“[Shaw] may be a kin to Hopkins or something, I don’t know. He’s just a homer, I feel like the whole officiating crew they were homers.”Ramsey should expect a fine soon.
