The Air Jordan 3 Retro "Katrina" has been rumored to release for the past several years, and it looks like it may finally release for the holidays in 2017. Per Sneaker Bar Detroit, these sneakers are rumored to release in November.
The shoe is supposed to be a combination of the "Fire Red" and "White Cement" 3s. They were originally made as an exclusive release via charity auction to support the relief efforts for Hurricane Katrina.
These shoes are also likely to have "Nike Air" on the back as well. A release date has not been confirmed for them though, but we'll keep you updated. Hopefully Jordan Brand doesn't scrap these again, because I know a lot of sneakerheads have been wanting these to release.
Do you plan to cop these?
