Brandon Jennings is going to speak his mind regardless of who he offends, and after only playing a single game with the Washington Wizards, he’s already dissing his former team.
Jennings didn’t do much production wise, but he’s already notices a big difference in how the Wizards play the game opposed to the New York Knicks.
“I’m in the same position I was in New York, but just in a better system for me personally and with a team that actually plays together,” Jennings told CSN’s Chase Hughes.
Jennings was waived by the Knicks earlier this week after telling management he’d prefer to play for a playoff team.
Jennings had 0 points (0-3), 2 assists and 0 rebounds in 10 minutes during his Wizards debut, and is averaging 8.4 points, 4.9 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game in 59 games this season.
