Jeff Withey could be in hot water with the NBA’s code of conduct, after his ex-fiancee fired a warning shot by filing a police report about prior domestic violence.
Summers has filed a report accusing the Utah Jazz big man of domestic violence, according to a TMZ Sports report.
Kennedy’s rep, Zack Teperman, tells us … “Given the ongoing circumstances, our client now needs to protect herself and come forward about everything so this doesn’t happen to her or others in the future.”Summers, who says she made the allegations because she feared Withey’s return to Los Angeles with the Jazz for the NBA Playoffs, where they were facing the Clippers.
Summer's complaint focused on an incident from 2016 where the cops had to be called.
