The Philadelphia 76ers just received some pretty good news, but it remains to be seen how it effects the NBA Summer League. Ben Simmons tweeted out what seemed to be a good sign from his CAT scan this morning.
With the regular season over, the tune now turns to the draft and summer league for the Sixers, with the biggest question being will Simmons play?
While talking to CSN, head coach Brett Brown asked the same question.
“I think it would be good if he did, but I wouldn’t say it’s a prerequisite he has to play,” Brown said. “I think still his health and the judgement of his health rules the day.”
Simmons was sidelined for his entire rookie season with a Jones fracture in his right foot.
