Back in April, Los Angeles Lakers forward Julius Randle talked about how he was going to become a "beast" come next season.
“I want to continue working on my right hand. I know what I have to do to get better. Just trying to get in the best shape of my life.”
It looks like that has happened, thanks to trainer Amoila Jamil Cesar. Randle underwent a complete body transformation in just three weeks, and he is more ripped than ever.

Let's see if Randle can translate that to the court next season. With averages of 13.2 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game this season, things look to be on the rise for the 22-year-old.
