With the NBA Finals coming up again and LeBron James making his seventh straight appearance, it brought back some memories of what the league was like before the King's reign.
Before LeBron's streak of going to the Finals, it was Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers that were in three straight NBA Finals from 2008-10. The third one might have been the most iconic of Kobe's career, where he got revenge on the Boston Celtics and his fifth ring.
Bryant was on a mission during that series, and it showed right from the start of it in Game 1:
