In the end, it could have been a lot worse. 20-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson was sentenced to one year in prison Monday after he pleaded guilty to fraud charges, according to the AJC.
The viral sensation was arrested in February 2016 in Palm Beach County, after he allegedly gave medical advice and a physical exam to an undercover officer.
Love-Robinson was allegedly practicing without a license in an office at the West Palm Medical Plaza, where he scammed an elderly woman of nearly $35,000 after examining her after she complained of stomach pains.
He was then arrested for fraud, after tried to illegally buy a $35,000 Jaguar, NBC reported.
