I’m not how sure how “serious” this really was, but kudos to ABC for having a reason to cross-promote two huge programs. If Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant were to scroll thru ABC programming and the hit series "The Bachelorette," he might come across a familiar face.
Rachel Lindsay is looking for love on the 13th season of “The Bachelorette,” and according to Us Weekly, she was in a “pretty serious” relationship with a young pimple-faced Kevin Durant while the two attended the University of Texas at Austin several years ago.
“They broke up when she went to law school,” Us Weekly’s source added.
Lindsay went on to study law at Marquette University after getting a B.S. in Sports Management, and is now engaged to one of her suitors on the show. Durant was previously engaged to two-time WNBA champion Monica Wright.
