The Big Ten Player of the Year is taking his talents to the NBA. Ohio State forward and conference player of the year, Keita Bates-Diop, will declare for the 2018 NBA Draft, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Bates-Diop, a redshirt junior, is currently ranked 19th in ESPN’s Top 100 NBA prospects. Bates-Diop averaged 19.8 points and 8.7 rebounds a game for the Buckeyes.
At 6-foot-7 and 235 pounds, Bates-Diop has the potential to be an elite 2-way player at the next level.
