Could the New York Giants really be that serious about changing their culture that they’d really consider moving on from Odell Beckham Jr.?
According to Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com, co-owner John Mara spoke with reporters at the NFL owners’ meetings on Sunday and did not rule out the possibility of trading the star wide receiver, who has threatened to not “step foot on the field” without a new deal.
“I mean we’re certainly not shopping him, if that’s what you’re asking,” Mara said. “But when you’re coming off a season where you’re 3-13 and played as poorly as we played, I wouldn’t say anyone’s untouchable."Mara voiced his displeasure with Beckham after a video surfaced that appeared to show the Giants star and a model with cocaine and pizza in bed at a Paris hotel.
““You always listen to those things but that’s not a scenario I would like to see happen.”
“He knows what’s expected of him, and now it’s up to him,” he added.

The trade talk heated up after Beckham made this statement:
From @gmfb: My understanding is that #Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr will not set foot on a field without a new contract extension agreed to — with the #Giants or any team. ... This comes a day after owner John Mara said no one is “untouchable” in trade talks.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 26, 2018

Giants head coach Pat Shurmur reportedly met with Beckham in Los Angeles, deeming the discussions as positive.
Beckham played in only four games last season due to an ankle injury, amassing 25 receptions for 302 yards and three touchdowns.
