April is here, and as the weather starts to get warmer, people are starting to prep for the spring and summer styles and trends. This month has some great sneakers dropping, from classics returning to low-tops that will be perfect for the upcoming weather.
From Jordan Brand, Nike Sportswear, Nike Basketball, Adidas, and more, let's take a look at the top 10 sneakers releasing for this month.
10. Nike PG 2 "Mamba Mentality"
Paul George has been a noted Kobe Bryant fan growing up, and he has used the Mamba's game as an influence on his own. To honor Kobe on Mamba Day on April 13, a "Mamba Mentality" colorway will be releasing of the Nike PG 2 for $110 at select Nike Basketball retailers.
9. Air Jordan 1 "Homage to Home"
8. Undefeated x Adidas Ultra Boost
Undefeated will be teaming up with Adidas for a boost collaboration pick, but out of the three sneakers, the Ultra Boost sticks out the most. Featuring "UNDFTD" across the front, the sneakers will release on April 14. Price is to be determined, but they'll likely be limited.
7. Nike LeBron 15 "Four Horsemen"
These sneakers have a similar theme to the "Fruity Prebbles" colorway, but is a nod to LeBron's business team. It features "LRMR" on the tongue, which is a nod to himself, Rick Paul, Maverick Carter, and Ernie Ramos. These shoes will release on April 12 for $185.
6. Nike Kobe 1 Protro "Mamba Day"
April 13 is now known as Mamba Day, and with Nike pushing out the Kobe 1 Protros recently, it makes sense they made a colorway for the day. Featuring an all-black look with gold accents, these sleek sneakers will retail for $175 on that Friday.
5. Air Jordan 18 "Toro"
Jordan Brand decided to bring back the Air Jordan 18, and released a brand new, all-red "Toro" colorway for it. Released on April 7 for $225, these sneakers are now sold out. However, you can still get a pair on the aftermarket such as Flight Club or eBay.
4. Nike Air Zoom Generation "SVSM"
Nike has started retroing LeBron James' first signature shoe, and they will be going back to his high school roots with this "SVSM" colorway. Donning the colors of his high school, these shoes are scheduled to release sometime this month for $175. Expect them to be limited.
3. Air Jordan 11 Low "RE2PECT"
We've seen some solid collaborations between Derek Jeter and Jordan Brand, and it will continue with the release of Air Jordan 11 Low "RE2PECT." The sneaker features premium navy suede with an all-white outsole. They will release sometime this month for $200 retail.
2. Air Jordan 11 Low "Cool Grey"
These shoes have been rumored to release for a while now, but they will finally come out this month on April 28 for $175 retail at select Jordan Brand retailers. The Air Jordan 11 Low "Cool Grey" takes the OG mid version in a low-top form, similar to the "Concord" and "Bred" 11 lows.
1. Air Jordan 1 "Shadow"
As a huge fan of Jordan 1s, I am glad these are coming out again. It is the final trifecta to the "Bred" and "Royal" 1s, as all feature the same color-blocking. True to the OG form, the Air Jordan 1 "Shadow" returns on April 14 for $160 at select Jordan Brand retailers.
